  • Woodborn Property Management manages all of our residential units in Michigan and Ohio. We provide expertise in leasing, marketing, financial reporting, construction management, maintenance, and all areas of property management.

    In partnership with Woodborn Partners; we are driven to provide an exceptional experience for our residents, tenants and guests. Our managed portfolio includes a diverse mix of properties including affordable and workforce housing, commercial space and luxury apartment buildings. We work closely with our Woodborn Capital team to ensure all investments are performing optimally and meeting return targets.

  • Woodborn Capital serves as the fundraising arm of Woodorn and leads our asset and portfolio management efforts.
